CHILDCARE MINISTRY FEES
2010 - 2011
 
YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE:

One Child $125.00        Two children $230.00
This fee is due with the Registration/Financial Agreement in order to hold your child's space.

SUMMER 2010 & SCHOOL YEAR 2010 - 2011 TUITION:

Infants - $168.00 full time per week
Toddler - $153.00 full time per week, $43.daily, $26. (4 hr.)
2 years old - $143.00 full time per week, $39.daily, $24. (4 hr.)
3,4,PreK,Kdg.- $133.00 full time weekly, $37. daily, $23. (4 hr.)

o Fees are due the first day of the week prior to use. please make checks payable to SUMC and place them in the drop safe in our entrance. After 6 pm, a late fee of $1.00 a minute will be charged. Ten percent late fee of any outstanding balance will be added each Friday,*** Discounts are available if more than two children are enrolled.

o Checks returned from the bank for insufficient funds will be charged the face value of the check plus a $25.00 processing fee.
o Two weeks written notice to the office is required prior to withdrawing your child in lieu of two week's fees.
o If Perry Township cancels because of the weather, so will we.

You will not be charged for holidays or other days our Childcare Ministry is closed. You may have one week of vacation in the summer. Otherwise, if we are open, you will be charged for scheduled days.

o CLOSED:  July 3. Aug.10, Sept.7. Oct. 22 & 23. Nov. 26 & 27, Dec.18-Jan 1. Jan.18. Feb.15. March 29-April 2, May 21.
