Childcare Ministry
Our Childcare Ministry is for children 6 weeks old thru 5 years old. Children (aged 3 years old – 5 years old) must be enrolled or on the waiting list for Preschool or Kindergarten to attend our Childcare Ministry.
HOURS
Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm.
Hours must be contracted. We do not offer drop-in babysitting. Call 780-4624 for updated info each day during inclement (snow, ice) weather or listen to the television for Imagination Station closings. (Listing of days we are closed is on the Child Care Ministry Financial Agreement.)
LUNCH/SNACKS
Children need to bring a sack lunch. We provide morning and afternoon snacks and milk with lunch.

ADDITIONAL FORMS
In addition to the registration forms required for all our programs, for child care please complete the following forms:
Special Information, Snack Permission and Feeding Plan. Return it to the Infant Room staff on the first day your child attends or you can mail it to us (1947 E. Southport Road, Indpls. IN 46227).
If your child needs any over-the-counter medications, i.e. diaper rash cream, teething gel, Tylenol, etc..., we must have the Record of Medication Order completed by your physician. These forms are valid for one year. To administer these medications, we need a Daily Medication Permission completed by you.
